Shanti Travel won the “Grand Prix de l’entrepreneur Français à l’international”, for Asian countries and Oceania. This roughly translates into “The Grand Price for French Entrepreneur Abroad”.
Last Wednesday 31st of May in Paris, more than 400 entrepreneurs gathered during a prestigious reception at the Pavillon d’Armenonville to celebrate the performance of French companies from all industries [Nldr: Grand Prix of growth development firms].
Our Director of Sales, Alexis Encinas, represented Shanti Travel on the evening and collected our award.
Organized by the group Leaders League and the ministry of Economy and Finance, the “Grand Prix des Entreprises de croisssance” every year awards French and Francophone companies that have measured a significant increase in their turnover in the last three years. During April, Shanti Travel was informed of its nomination for the prize. We were sure to communicate our long term sustainable development vision as well as how we see ourselves supporting fair trade tourism when accepting the nomination.
Competing for the “Prix de l’entrepreneur français à l’international” also gave us the opportunity to reflect on our achievements since our founding. Shanti Travel has been founded 12 years ago by passionated travel professional Alex Le Beuan, soon after joined by Jeremy Grasset. In the 12 years, Shanti Travel has grown to 10 offices spread across 8 countries in South East Asia, designing holidays to 17 destinations. With more than a 97% satisfaction rate, we have become the leaders within the tailor-made travel industry.
Receiving this award reminded us that all our hard work to provide the best tailor-made holidays in Asia is worth it. We invest on the quality of our services by offering a range of different travel styles to match all any of your desires… trekking, honeymoon, family trips and local experiences.
We accepted this award with great pride and honor and are very thankful to have our efforts and hard work acknowledged and celebrated.
